【摘要】 目的探讨低氧诱导因子2(EPAS-1/HIF-2α)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达。方法应用免疫组织 化学技术检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌和8例正常膀胱组织中EPAS1/HIF-2α的表达,并分析其与膀胱癌分 级和分期间的关系。结果EPAS1/HIF-2α在正常膀胱组织中不表达,而在膀胱癌组织中表达较强,且与 肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期有显著相关性。结论EPAS1/HIF-2α膀胱癌的生长、浸润密切相关,对其 研究开发可能为浸润性膀胱癌提供一个诊断标准或基因治疗效靶。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of endothelial Per-ARNT-Sim domain protein-1 (EPAS-l)/hypoxia-inducible factor-2α(HIF-2α) in transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) of bladder. Methods Expression of EPAS-l/HIF-2α was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 60 cases of TCC and 8 cases of normal urothelium. Chi-square test was used to assess the relationship between EPAS-l/HIF-2α expression and tumor grade and stage. Results Expression of EPAS-l/HIF-2α was negative in all normal bladder tissues but highly positive in bladder cancers. Furthermore, its expression was closely related to tumor cell nuclear grade and clinical stage. Conclusion This study indicates that EPAS-l/HIF-2α is closely related to the growth and invasion of bladder cancer. Study and development of EPAS-l/HIF-2α may provide a diagnostic tool or possible target for gene therapy to invasive bladder cancer.
