【Abstract】 Since the beginning of chinese economy reform, the Gansu province has gradually dropped behind in the new round of economic race due to it’s laggard development of middle-small enterprises, and of all the reasons the regional culture act as a important role in the current situation; However, as a sophisticated system, the regional culture may certainly contain some favorable factors in economic propelling. Therefore, to regnize and then to spurn the negative factors,and simultaneously to investigate and to dig for the favorable factors of regional culture should be of a critical approach in propelling development of Gansu province’s middle-small enterprises.更多还原
