【摘要】 邓小平提出社会主义本质是实现共同富裕,伴随着经济发展和社会急速转型,我国的社会阶级结构和利益结构都在发生变化,社会资源占有的不平衡日益突出,居民收入差距拉大,贫富逐渐分化。社会弱势群体在这期间出现是社会发过程中的必然,他们的物质生活和精神生活都存在大量的问题并且对社会造成了一定的负面影响,不利于社会的发展。所以对弱势群体负主要责任的政府,应采取各种措施对其进行扶助,以保障他们的生活、工作等各方面的权利,从而更有利于经济的发展和社会的稳定,更好的实现我国共同富裕的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Deng Xiaoping has advanced the essence of socialism which is common prosperity. With the economic development and social transition, the social class and interest configuration have changed. The imbalance of social resource is obvious, the income gap of resident become large, the rich and the poor polarize gradually. So the appearance of the disadvantaged groups is social necessity. There are many problems in there material and spiritual life, which will make against the social development.
