【Abstract】 In the field of anti-monopoly law, the system of exemption from anti-monopoly law about merger of enterprises is very important .This article studies the law of anti-monopoly in the developed countries, explains the justification of the exemption system about merger of enterprises from several aspects and deduces the main types of the exemption in anti-monopoly law. Finally, some proposals concerning establishing the exemption system in anti-monopoly law about merger of enterprises are raised.更多还原
