CS2/H2O2与CAN引发体系合成ST-g-PAM的比较
Preparation of Starch-Acrylamide Grast Copolymers by CS2/H2O2 Initiating System and the Comparison with Ceric Ammonium Nitrate Initiator
【摘要】 研究了CS2/H2O2体系引发玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚反应规律和机理,结果发现CS2/H2O2是一种廉价,反应条件温和的新型引发剂,在适宜条件下,接枝效率接近100%.还分析比较了CS2/H2O2引发体系与硝酸铈铵(CAN)引发体系的引发效能和接枝产品的絮凝性能,表明在复配使用时CS2/H2O2可替代CAN引发制备淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物,满足絮凝作用的要求.
【Abstract】 The CS2/H2O2 was used as initiator for the graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto alkaline maize starch.The influences of different conditions including concentration of NaOH,initiator and monomer,the molecular ratio of CS2 to H2O2,polymerization temperature and time were investigated.It was shown that CS2/H2O2 is a redox initiating system,which is characterized by cheapness,high efficiency and moderate reaction condictions.Under a suitable condition the graft efficiency is near 100%.The initiate ability of CS2/H2O2 was compared with that of ceric ammonium nitrate.The flocculating effect of the graft copolymer which was initiated with CS2/H2O2 was compared with that of the graft copolymer,which was initiated with ceric ammonium nitrate.The results indicate that initiate capacity of ceric ammonium nitrate is better than CS2/H2O2,but flocculating effects are similar to each other when they are used together with Al2(SO4)3.
