【摘要】 兰州市日前正处于水价改革前期,与浙江省相比:兰州市水价仍有很大的上涨空间,在实行“阶梯式水价”的目标上,也有很多工作要完成;水管单位要继续加强节约用水的宣传力度,深化研究水处理工艺,降低制水成本;同时,应该提高水质及服务质量,以减小水价改革所面临的阻力;相关单位对所上缴的水费必须做到专款专用。并据此提出了水价调整方案的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lanzhou is in the prophase of water price reform recently.Compare with that in Zhejiang,the water price of Lanzhou still has a large space to rise, and has a lot of work to do before putting progression water pricing into practice. The Water Supply Company must strengthen propagandizing for water saving, research the water treatment technology to depress the cost of water treatment, and improve water quality and service quality to reduce resistance in the water pricing reform.Moreover, water rate must be put in special fields.Finally, some suggestions for the project of water price adjustment are put forword.更多还原
