【Abstract】 There is no different criterion for students job-hunting whether they come from a developed or an underdeveloped area.Therefore,it is a crucial task for normal colleges in ethnic areas to better the quality of the students and increase their comprehensive competence by broadening avenues of education in accordance with the requirements of social development.Through an analysis of the current situation of areas inhabited by ethnic minorities,the author attempts to explore some new solutions for such areas to foster students with integrated skills qualified for making the same unchanged response to a myriad of changes.更多还原
