【Abstract】 It is significant for the Oceanic Natural Reserve System on protecting oceanic environment and resources ecologically.On the basis of reviewing the history of the systems origination and development,the article analyzed the problems existing in the realities and laws.To perfect Chinas Oceanic Natural Reserve System,the law should be amended,and favorable institutional conditions should be produced.Some concrete advice was provided in the conclusion.更多还原
