饮酒代谢模型
A Metabolism Model after Drinking Alcohol
【摘要】 利用药物动力学中的房室线性消除模型,描述了酒精在人体内的代谢过程.利用给出的酒精在血液中的浓度参数Ct和模型的要求,建立了快速吸收模型和慢速饮酒模型,通过在数学软件Maple9.0上进行数字拟合给出了模型的重要参数k、ka,分别为:1823544188和2.315364448,并利用这2个参数,在模型的假设条件下对模型所涉及的各问题进行了分析、解答.
【Abstract】 This paper describes alcohol metabolism process in man’s body with the aid of physiological pharmacoki-netic models. The models for express assimilating and slow drinking at constant velocity are set up according to the alcohol concentration C_t and the concrete demand of the model. By digital simulation in the mathematical software maple 9.0, the two parameters k,k_a are worked out respectively with k=1823544188 and k_a=2.31536448 which can be applied to solve all kinds of problems based on the assumption of model.
