【摘要】 目的探讨潜式扩大开窗术治疗单纯性腰椎管狭窄症的方法及疗效。方法采用潜式扩大开窗术治疗单纯性腰椎管狭窄症25例。结果25例经12~42个月随访,疗效优19例,良6例。结论潜式扩大开窗既可对腰椎管狭窄进行减压,又可减少对腰椎稳定性的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the operative method and effect of enlarge undercutting the laminae through the interspace of laminae for the treatment of simple lumbar vertebral canal stenosis.Methods 25 cases with simple lumbar rertebral eanal stenosis were treated by enlarge undercutting the laminae through the interspace of laminae.Results 19 cases had excelleat effectiveness after 12～42 months follow up and 6 cases with good effectiveness 6.Conclusion Enlarge undercutting the laminae through the interspace of laminae shows the effects of both decompressing the lumbar vertebral canal stenosis and decreasing the side effects on the lumbar vertebral stability.更多还原
