【摘要】 目的了解保健干部的健康状况以提高干部队伍身体素质。方法对淮南市882名保健干部2004年体检结果包括心电图、腹部超声、胸片、血液生化等检查资料进行汇总分析。结果882名干部中793人体检项目有不同程度异常,总患病率为89%,前6位病症分别是高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝、糖尿病、胆囊炎和ECG异常,有398人同时患有2种以上慢性疾病,占受检总人数的45.13%。结论高血压等心血管系统疾病是危害保健干部的主要疾病,应加强防治;同时应加强健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the cadre’s healthy condition in order to improve their physical quality.Methods 882 cadres were checked up including electrocardiogram,abdominal B mode ultrasound,and serum biochemistry indexes..Results Among 882 cadres,793 people had some abnormality,total morbidity rate was 89.0%,hypertension,hyperlipermia,adiposis hepatica,diabetes,cholecystitis and ECG abnormality were the commonest diseases among them,398 people had more than two kinds of diseases simultaneously,which accounted of 45.1%.Conclusions The cardiovascular diseases are the main diseases that endanger our cadres,we should do some step and health education to prevent them.更多还原
