【摘要】 目的了解老年肿瘤患者术前、术后体液免疫和细胞免疫功能状态。方法对26例食管癌和肺癌患者采集术前1天术后第1天、第8天外周血标本,测定体液免疫和细胞免疫功能状态。结果患者外周血体液免疫指标值术前、术后与正常值比较无明显变化,而外周血细胞免疫CD3+、CD4+、CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+值术后明显回升,CD3+、CD8+明显下降,与术前比较均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论老年肿瘤患者手术前后体液免疫无明显变化,手术后细胞免疫明显恢复。手术切除恶性肿瘤对患者细胞免疫恢复起积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the status of cellular and humoral immunol function before and after operation in elderly patients with cancers.Methods Peripheral blood samples in 26 patients with esophageal and lung callcer were collected to detect the lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulins during pre-operatively,1st and 8th post-operative day,respectively.The data were statistically analysed by paired samples.Results To compare the data,humoral immunal function were not changed pre-operatively and post-operatively in elderly peripheral blood of patients;CD3 +CD4 +、CD3 +CD4 +/CD3 +CD8 + cells increased and CD3 +CD8 +cells decreased remarkedly post-operatively compared with the pre-operation(P<0.05).Conclusions The humoral immunal function were not changed pre-operatively and post-operatively in elderly patients with cancers.The resection of the tumor would be beneficial to the recovery of cellular immunocompetence of the elderly patients with esophageal and lung cancer.更多还原
