高血压患者24小时尿电解质与基线血压的关系

【摘要】 目的 探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者2 4h尿电解质(Ca ,Na ,K ,Na/K比值)与基线血压的关系。方法 采用调查安徽某县92 1名EH患者的基线血压及相关临床和流行病学资料并测定EH患者2 4h尿电解质。结果 研究对象基本情况及2 4小时尿中钙、钾、钠浓度以及尿钠尿钾比在男性和女性中分布差异无显著性,基线血压和尿中各电解质的单因素和多因素分析均没有相关性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 有关尿电解质与血压之间的关系相当复杂,有待进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the 24 hour urinary ecoctrolyte (Ca,Na,K,Na /K) and baseline blood pressure (BP) among essential hypertension (EH) patients. Methods We investigated the relative clinical and epidemi ology characters among 921 EH patients in a county of Anhui province and measure d their 24 hours urinary ecoctrolyte.Results No significant rel ationship was found when single factor and multifactor analysis were used to stu dy the baseline BP and urinary ions.There is no significant difference between t he urinary ions distribution in males and females.Conclusion Th e relationship between the urinary ions and BP is very complicated and need to s tudy further.
