【摘要】 目的　探讨比索洛尔对冠心病患者血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法　将冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成A、B、C三组:治疗组(A组)、病例对照组(B组) ,另设正常对照组(C组)。结果　A、B组较C组明显升高(P <0 .0 1) ,A组服用比索洛尔后血浆CRP水平明显降低(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　比索洛尔明显降低冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者血浆CRP浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ef fect of Bisoprolo on plasma C-reactive protein in patients coronary heart disea se.Methods Patients with steady angina pectoris were divi ded into group A(therapy group),and B (case control group) at random group C was used as normal control group.Resuts Compared with group C,the CRP levels in group A and group B increased significantly(P<0.01);Aft er the treatment of Bisoprolo,the CRP level in group A decreased markedly(P <0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolo can reduce obviously the CRP level in patients with coronary heart disease.更多还原
