【摘要】 目的　探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值。方法　回顾分析我院 2 0 0 3年 1月至 2 0 0 4年 6月经腹超声 (TAS)和经阴道超声 (TVS)并经手术和病理证实的输卵管妊娠 5 6例。结果　TVS探及滋养动脉血流 36例 ,术前TAS诊断符合率 71.4 % ,TVS诊断符合率 85 .7% ,经统计学处理 ,TVS和TAS检测输卵管妊娠的符合率差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查是提高输卵管妊娠检出率的有效方法 ,比经腹超声具有更大的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound with color Doppler(TVS-CD) in ectopic pregnancy Methods Review and analyse the cases of 56 patients with ectopic pregnancy verified by operation and pathology who received TAS- CD and TVS-CD during 2003 to April 2004 in our hospital.Results Nourishing atery vessel was probed by TVS-CD in 36 patients before operation ,the accuracy rate of TAS-CD was 71.4%, while the accuracy rate of TVS-CD was 85.7%. By statistics, there were obvious difference between TVS-CD and TAS-CD in the evaluation of ectopic pregnancy(P<0.01).Conclusion Using TVS-CD is a effective method to o detect the ectopic pregnancy. In the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, TVS-CD has much more clinical applied-value than TAS-CD.更多还原
