【摘要】 简要介绍了《浙江环杭州湾森林生态圈建设规划》的基本理念和主要思路。规划结合环杭州湾自然地理条件、社会经济状况,把环杭州湾作为一个由许多不同尺度的生态系统构成的生态圈,由此提出了森林生态圈概念。为了保障生态圈或生态系统的健康、稳定和协调,规划提出了相应的战略部署方案,即“三带、两核、三轴、多团”的建设布局和四大功能分区。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper gives an introduction to some fundamental ideas and thoughts on the planning for the construction of an ecosphere surrounding Hangzhou Bay in Zhejiang Province.In the planning process,considerations are given to the local natural,geographical,social and economic conditions and Hangzhou Bay is treated as a whole ecosphere composed of ecosystems of different scales.Based on this,the forest ecosphere concept is built and put forward.The planning also incorporates relevant strategic plans,construction layouts and identified functional areas with an aim to ensure the health,stability and harmony of the ecosphere.更多还原
