【摘要】 目的探讨电切襻代替专用汽化切割襻在前列腺汽化电切手术中应用的可行性,同时探讨电切手术和汽化电切手术治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法我们选择1 000例良性前列腺增生症患者分别用电切割攀、汽化切割攀等进行前列腺电切、汽化、汽化电切,观察几种手术方法对患者症状改善、手术时间以及并发症等方面达到影响。结果3种手术方法长期效果比较差异无显著性。但应用电切襻做前列腺汽化电切手术具有速度快、视野清晰、出血少、创伤小、成本低等特点。结论3种手术方法长期疗效相近。用电切襻可以在高功率下进行汽化切除前列腺,手术效果较好。应用电切襻做前列腺汽化电切手术具有速度快、视野清晰、出血少、创伤小、成本低等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of the vaporization use of electrode loop instead of VaporTrode and to compare the curative effect of the transurethral resection of prostate(TURP),transurethral vaporization prostatectomy(TUVP) and transurethral electrovaporization-ablation prostatectomy(TUEVP). Methods TURP had been carried out for 203 cases of symptomatic BPH,TUVP for 300 and TUVEP for 497.The therapeutic results were evaluated and compared. Results No significant difference in the improvement of subjective symptoms and objective signs had been noted with the different procedures.The fast,clear operative field,less bleeding,little ravage and lower cost were gained using electrode loop for TUVEP. Conclusion TUEVP and TUVP are as effective as TURP for the treatment of symptomatic BPH.Electrode loop may be used in TUVEP under high power.更多还原
