【摘要】 目的　探讨酒精中毒所致精神障碍的临床特征。方法　对酒精中毒患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果　患者多为男性 ,年龄在 2 5～71岁 ;文化程度低、体力劳动者发病率高 ;精神障碍以幻觉症、妄想症、震颤谵妄多见 ;躯体合并症多 ,以肝损害、脑损害、心脏损害多见 ;治疗后复发率高。结论　酒精中毒所致精神障碍发病率高 ,危害大 ,临床表现有别于其他精神障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features of mental disorder caus ed by alcohol toxicosis. Methods Clinical data were statistically analyzed for a group of cases with alcohol toxicosis. Result The cases were mostly male, age ranging from 25 to 71. With less education, the incidence took place more in th e manual workers. The mental disorder had such more common symptoms as hallucino sis, paranoia, delirium tremens, somatic complications, and hepatic injury,cere bral injury and heart injury as well. The recurrence rate was higher after treat ment. Conclusion The incidence of mental disorder caused by alcohol toxicosis is higher and more disastrous, but its clinical manifestations are different from those of other mental disorders.更多还原
