【Abstract】 The residue of chlorpyriphos in frozen spinach,detected by gas chromatographic,exceeded the import MRL of Japan(MRLs 0.01mg/kg) many times if the spinach applied the chlorpyriphos in growing season.The residue of chlorpyriphos in spinach did not reduce in deep-freeze process,but slightly increased due to the lost of water in the spinach in the process.The chlorpyriphos floated into the soil when applied to spinach can be Absorbed by spinach of next season and cause residue,which may exceed the import limits of Japan.更多还原
