With the development of knowledge economic society,people pay much more attention to the establishment of learning-organization.This paper has discussed the necessity and urgency of establishing learning-library in agricultural and forestry universities on the basis of social background,modern library development,full-scale development of librarians,current situation of human resource in the agricultural and forestry libraries in universities.
