【摘要】 介绍了核心期刊的概念及评估体系,并从选题策划这个角度探讨为了获取核心期刊这一称号必须采用的选题方法、选题原则以及对编辑的要求。
【Abstract】 The paper has introduced the concept of core journals and assessment system and explored the essentials for scheme of title selection, topic selection principle and requirements for editing from the angle of titles selection.
