【摘要】 网上信息检索使网上信息专题数据库的建设成为数字图书馆建设的一项重要内容。本文从网上信息专题数据库建设的必要性和网上信息的特点等角度、进行了网上信息专题数据库的建设思路及其实现方法的探讨。网上信息专题数据库的建设 ,可使网上无序的信息有序化、繁杂的信息专业化、分散的信息集中化。网上信息的特点主要是量大且具有开放性 ,但也存在无序和信息质量难以保证的缺陷。其建设思路是 :采集、整理、加工 ;由传统的文摘数据库改建成全文数据库。数据库建成后应投入网上运行并提供服务、并采取边建设边服务 ,批量建设、批量服务的方针。在条件允许的情况下 ,应选购商业化的全文数据库平台软件更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of Internet subject databases is one of the key contents of digital library. The establishment strategy and its methodology were discussed based on the necessity of the construction and the characteristics of Internet information. The information collected from Internet could be classified, specified and condensed after the establishment of Internet subject databases. The information from Internet is huge, open, disordered, and the quality was not guaranteed. The construction procedure is to collect, classify and processing. Traditional abstract database is changed to full text one. The database should be put into Internet service upon its completion, but its content should be updated regularly. A commercial full text database platform should be used if possible.更多还原
