馏分油脱酸剂技术的工业应用

【摘要】介绍了馏分油脱酸剂技术在中海沥青股份有限公司Ⅳ套常减压蒸馏装置应用的情况。工业应用结果表明,该技术可以用于处理各种类型的馏分油;在最佳操作条件下生产的柴油和闪光油产品的酸度约小于5 mgKOH/100mL;脱酸助剂可完全回用;碱渣排放量大大降低;制备的石油酸样品可达到石油酸一级品65号酸的质量标准(SH/T0530-92)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Application of deacidification technology in Ⅳ atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Zhonghai Asphaltum Stock Company is expounded. The technology is suitable for various oil distillates, and under the optimal conditions, acidify of diesel and flashing oil produced by this technology is less than 5 mg KOH/100mL. The deacidification-solvent can be reused and the output of alkali waste was greatly reduced. The quality of prepared petroleum acid can meet the quality standard of 65# petroleum acid ( SH/T0530-92).更多还原
