室温离子液体对FCC汽油络合萃取脱硫的研究

【摘要】 采用氯铝酸离子液体作为络合萃取剂,考察了其对FCC汽油的脱硫效果。实验结果表明:在氮气保护下,AlCl3/BMIMCl(摩尔比)为2:1、剂油比为0.2、反应温度为30℃、反应时间为50min的条件下,氯铝酸离子液体可有效地降低FCC汽油的硫含量和碘值,且保持FCC汽油的辛烷值基本不变,氯铝酸离子液体可重复使用。

【Abstract】 Desulfurization effect of FCC naphtha by taking chloraluminate ionic liquid as complexing extraction agent has been explored and the result shows that sulfur content and iodine value of FCC naphtha have been effectively reduced under nitrogen protection and when molar ratio of AlCl3 to BMINCl is 2:1, ratio of extraction solvent to oil is 0.2, reaction temperature is 30℃ and the reaction time is 50 min. Octane number of the FCC naphtha is not changed and the chloraluminate ionic liquid can be reused.
