在超声条件下过氧化氢-三氟乙酸对柴油氧化脱硫性能的研究
STUDY ON DIESEL OXIDATIVE DESULFURIZATION PERFORMANCE WITH H2O2-TRI FLUOROACETIC ACID UNDER THE CONDITION OF ULTRASOUND
【摘要】 采用H2O2-三氟乙酸作为氧化剂将盘锦催化裂化柴油中的硫化物(主要为苯并噻吩类)氧化成相应的砜,同时又用功率超声作用于该过程。然后根据相似相容原理用合适的溶剂将这些砜萃取除去。最佳的操作条件为:反应温度70℃;氧化剂与油的体积比为1:10;氧化时间60min;萃取剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF);萃取剂油比为1:1。加入功率超声后,可使反应时问由60min缩短为10min,同时也使脱硫率提高了10个百分点。
【Abstract】 The sulfides (mainly benzothiophenes) in FCC gas oil has been oxidized to sulfones with H2O2-tri fluoroacetic acid and power ultrasound was used in the process. Then sulfones were extracted by suitable solvent. Its optimal operating conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 70℃, volume ratio of oxidant to oil 1 : 10, oxidation time 60 min, extraction solvents N and DMF, and the ratio of extraction solvent to oil 1:1. Owning to power ultrasound in these optimal operating conditions, the reaction time has been shortened from 60 min to 10 min, and the desulfurization rate increased by 10 percent points.
