渣油加氢精制动力学模型研究
STUDY ON KINETICS MODEL FOR RESIDUE HYDROFINING
【摘要】 依据中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司渣油加氢精制工业装置(S-RHT)的大量实测数据,通过合理 的模型假定,采用常规的动力学模型研究方法,建立了渣油加氢精制动力学模型和催化剂失活函数表达式。从工 业装置实测数据的验证结果看,该模型拟合结果良好。
【Abstract】 By adopting reasonable model assumption and common research method of kinetics model, residue hydrofining kinetics model and catalyst deactivation function formula have been established based on the faithful data of S-RHT unit in Maoming Company. A good consistency has been found with the practical data from the commercial unit.
