【摘要】 目的　 建立测定异烟肼眼膏中异烟肼含量的分析方法。 方法 　样品经乙醚溶解 ,再用盐酸提取后 ,用紫外分光光度法在波长 2 6 7nm处测吸收度 ,以标准对照法计算含量。 结果 　线性范围为 4 0～ 2 5 μg/ml(r =0 9999) ,样品加样回收率为 98 95 %。 结论 　所建立的方法简单、灵敏、准确 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of determining the contents of isoniazid in isoniazid eye ointent.Methods The sample was dissolved in ether,then was extracted by hydrochloric acid,and the eluate was determined by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry at wavelength 267 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4～25 μg/ml(r=0.999 9),the recovery was 98.95%.Conclusion The method was simple ,sensitive and accurate ,it can be used for the quality control of the preparation.更多还原
