浅谈如何做好实行国库集中支付后事业单位的财务管理工作
A Brief Talk On The Finance Management Work Of Enterprise Unit After Centralized Payment For State Finance
【摘要】 财政国库集中支付是加强财政收支管理提高财政资金使用效益的一项有效措施。本文从三个方面论述了财政国库集中支付。包括计划管理、资金支付日常业务的管理以及影响财务管理工作的相关问题。
【Abstract】 Centralized payment for state finance is an effective measure to strengthen finance management and improve capital usage benefit. This paper states centralized payment for state finance from planning management, daily operation management of capital paying and problems that can affect finance management.
