【Abstract】 The tender bud of Robinia pseudoacacia were inoculated on the MS culture of different hormone consistency,and cultivated it under the same temperature and different pH.The result showed MS+BA 0 5?mg·L -1 +NAA?0 05?m·L -1 +sugar?30?g·L -1 was the best to division and hyperplasia of the bud.The best reproduction root culture is 1/2?MS+IAA?1 0?mg·L -1 +sugar?30?g·L -1 +1%AC.The best pH range is 5 8～6 2.更多还原
