【摘要】 以开发富含α -亚麻酸新油源植物—接骨木为目的 ,通过分析证明 ,接骨木果含油量达 36 7%以上 ,且质地优良 ,油中脂肪酸组成与常用食物油基本相同 ,唯功效成分α -亚麻酸含量高达 2 2 %以上。对接骨木果油的毒性实验和一些功能实验结果表明 ,接骨木果油无毒无害 ,可食用、药用、保健用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this essay is to exploit a new oil source plant—Sambucus williamsii, which contains rich α_Linolenic acid.It proved that the oil content of S.williamsii was over 36^7%, and in good quality; the components of the fatty acid was the same as those in common edible oils, and the α-Linolenic oil_bearing rate of %S.williamsii% was up to 22%.The toxicological and functional experiment showed that the S.williamsii oil was innocuous and harmless.It was edible and could be used in medicine and health care.更多还原
