【摘要】 以新时期林业发展的新特征为依据,对林业企业的创新人才培养与管理进行深入探讨,从制定人才培养目标和计划、合理安排技术创新人才培养渠道和方式、创造宽松的技术创新人才发展空间三个方面,对建立行之有效的技术创新人才培养机制、建立科学合理的技术创新人才评价机制的进行了阐述,并在建立形式多样的技术创新人才激励机制上提出了自己的看法。更多还原
