【摘要】 中国上下五千年文明史都处在生态系统的破坏与修复的相持过程。现在国家林业局又提出,当前我国生态建设相持阶段理论。本文从系统科学的整体性思考,对于现阶段正处于生态建设与破坏的相持阶段进行评价分析,并就我国生态系统修复的时空阶段划分标准、跨越阶段依据、注重当前生态安全现实、集思广益、广泛听取专家学者不同意见、尽快地出台我国生态建设成效监测体系等方面,提出了自己的建议,以供全国林业部门决策者和研究人员参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultural history of Chinese 5000 years long is at the ecological stalemate process of destroy and restoration.Now,National Forestry Bureau raised the current Chinese ecological construction stalemate process theory.This paper valued and analyzed the current stalemate period of ecological construction and destroy through the thinking from system scientific integration,and raised personal suggestions on the aspects of Chinese ecological system recovery space-time division standard,span period basis,paying attention to the current ecological safety fact,drawing on all useful opinions,listening to the specialist and scholar’s different ideas widely,and applying ecological construction effect inspecting system of our country,etc.,which might be provided for the references of forestry department decision maker and researcher of whole country.更多还原
