【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the drawbacks of our country’s current land assembly,the article made a further speculation on how to structure a new-type land assembly,and put forward the new idea of the construction on a new land assembly at the basis of the following five aspects:standing the right of national land assembly,perfecting the property relations of rural collective land,exploring the scientific mechanism in the land compensation,confirming rationally the way of peasants’ placing whose land are collected,and setting up a open,fair,just procedure of land assembly.更多还原
