【摘要】 本文主要论述在工业人工林科学的投资经济效果评价中应注意的若干问题,指出工业人工林的评价应以财务评价为主;评价方法和评价指标也应选用动态评价法和动态指标;为了更全面的评价分析,还必须对在不同经营措施条件下的经济效果进行分析;贴现率的选取应慎重;为了更准确的评价分析,还要考虑风险问题;最后还必须考虑地力衰退问题。所有这些都是全面、科学的工业人工林经济效果评价应遵循的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,several problems were analyzed in detail,which should be taken seriously in the economic effect evaluation of investment in the industrial forest plantation.The financial evaluation should be emphasized during the evaluation of industrial forest plantation,instead of the national economic evaluation.The method and index of evaluation also should be dynamic.To make the result of evaluation more comprehensive,analysis and evaluation should be operated under the various management conditions.And the rate of discount also should be selected carefully.Meantime,risk also should be taken into consideration,so the sensitive analysis should be applied.Finally,the problem of decline of land should be discussed.All the problems which were discussed above should be followed during the evaluation of the industrial forest plantation.更多还原
