【Abstract】 This article indicates that the first step in urban forest’s legislation is to limit clearly the definition and scope of urban forest, and do some study in this topic. In the meanwhile, this article also points out the management of urban forest and the improvement of urban environment, that is the original intention, must be taken into account. Only do this can the legislative scope and the main body of law execution be defined. The scope of urban forest in legislation is involved with forests in downtown areas, suburbs and cross-jurisdictional areas.更多还原
