联合站污水处理中加药过程控制方案
Control Scheme of Reagent Inject in Waste Water Process in Union Station
【摘要】 通过分析扰动的性质,提出了一种PID 比例联合的控制算法,用于联合站污水处理系统的加药过程控制,很好地解决了加药过程存在的纯滞后引起的标准PID算法失效的问题。并给出了在几个联合站使用的数据。通过曲线可以看出该算法可以较好地解决加药控制的问题。
【Abstract】 A PID-Proportion combined arithmetic is introduced by analyzing the main disturb in the system.This arithmetic overcomes the shortage of PID arithmetic which used in the process with large pure delay.Some curves came from a running system in union station is shown.Conclusion can be made from the curves that the arithmetic run well in waster water process.
