STAT1和PCNA在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义
THE EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF STAT1 AND PCNA IN THE TISSUE OF HUMAN LUNG CANCER
【摘要】 目的 :探讨STAT1和PCNA在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :用免疫组化方法检测 6 3例肺癌组织中STAT1和PCNA表达情况。结果 :4 3例 (6 8.2 5 % )肺癌组织中有STAT1表达 ,非小细胞肺癌组织中STAT1阳性细胞数高于小细胞肺癌 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌组织中STAT1阳性细胞数均高于Ⅲ期肺癌 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌组织中STAT1阳性细胞数无统计学意义 ;4 9例 (77.78% )肺癌组织中有PCNA表达 ,小细胞肺癌PCNA标记的增殖指数明显高于非小细胞肺癌 ;肺癌组织STAT1表达与PCNA呈负相关。结论 :部分肺癌组织中存在STAT1和PCNA表达 ;STAT1具有抗细胞增殖作用 ;检测STAT1的表达对临床治疗有指导作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (STAT 1) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the tissue of human lung cancer. Methods: The expression of STAT 1 and PCNA in 63 cases of human lung cancer was examined by immunohistochemistry. Results: Positive staining for STAT 1 was obtained in 43 of the 63 cases(68.25%). The number of positive staining cells for STAT 1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was significantly higher than that in small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The number of STAT 1 positive staining cells in stage Ⅰor stageⅡ lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅲ lung cancer patients, but there was no significant difference between stageⅠ and stageⅡ lung cancer patients. Positive staining for PCNA was obtained in 49 of the 63 cases (77.78%). PCNA labeling proliferation index in SCLC was higher than that in NSCLC. PCNA expression significantly decreased with increasing STAT 1 expression. Conclusions: There was expression of STAT 1 and PCNA in some tissue of human lung cancer. STAT 1 had an antiproliferation role. The examination of STAT 1 expression in lung cancer was helpful to guide therapy.
