【Abstract】 The variations of total serum protein content,serum albumin and serum globulin of chinese bufonidae were determined during the hibernation.The results showed that before hibernating,the content of total serum protein of chinese bufonidae was higher than that during the hibernation(P<0.05).But during its hibernation,the content was higher than that after hibernation(P>0.05).The serum albumin content was higher before it hibernated and lower during the hibernation,while the gamma globulin content during the hibernation was higher than that of other stages.更多还原
