分光光度法测定宁夏枸杞中牛磺酸含量
Measurement of Taurine Contents by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer in Lycium barabarum L.
【摘要】 用分光光度法测定不同产地(中宁、银川、同心、惠农)的宁夏枸杞中牛磺酸的含量,在一定条件下,牛磺酸与乙酰丙酮和甲醛反应生成带色的配合物,建立了测定牛磺酸含量的吸光光度法.结果表明不同产地的枸杞中牛磺酸的含量分别为:中宁6.655mg/g,银川4.530mg/g,同心4.828mg/g,惠农4.265mg/g,其中中宁枸杞中的牛磺酸含量极显著高于其他三个产地(α=0.01).研究结果表明,分光光度法是测定枸杞中牛磺酸含量的较好方法,其成本低,干扰少.
【Abstract】 To measure the content of taurine in Lycium barabarum L. from different locations (Zhongning, Yinchuan, Tongxin, Huinong) by spectrophotometer. A method was founded with the reaction, between taurine and acetyl acetone as well as formaldehyde to produce a stable colored-compound. The result shows that taurine contents in Lycium barabarum L. are 6.655mg/g in Zhongning, 4.530mg/g in Yinchuan, 4.828mg/g in Tongxin, 4.265mg/g in Huinong. The taurine content of the plant in Zhongning is significantly higher than that in other three locations (P≤0.01). Since a low cost the spectrophotometey is a better method to measure the taurine content in Lycium barabarum L.
