【Abstract】 As the backbone of modern comprehensive traffic transportation system in the land route of China, the railway has the important position and function difficult to substitute in modern logistics system. The railway transport enterprises having the advantage of a large amount of transporting logistics resource and network to expand to the modern logistics service, have very important meaning and function for structuring and strengthening China’s modern logistics system, quickening the development of leap-type of third party’s logistics, improving running quality of national economy and international competitiveness.
