【Abstract】 Logistics installation and equipment utilization is the basic factor of establishing logistics companies. Under ideal appearances, in a given period, the individual company chooses TPL or not belongs to whether its logistics installation and equipment utilization is higher than the general’s. Comparing the specific figures between logistics installation and equipment of company with and without TPL, the exact scale of TPL company needed can be define and the requirement of TPL in certain areas can be extrapolation to approach the best allocation of resources.更多还原
