全量程可调气阀的调节机构和最优调节力的分析
Regulation Device in Infinitely Variable Capacity Valve and Analysis on Optimized Regulation Force
【摘要】 介绍了活塞式压缩机气量无级调节系统中进气阀的一种液压顶开装置,并从理论上分析了液压顶开力对于阀片运动的影响以及阀片速度缓冲结构对于改善阀片寿命的重要作用。
【Abstract】 A hydraulic unloading device in reciprocating compressor stepless capacity control system was introduced. The influence on suction valve motion of the hydraulic pressing-off force and the positive effect on valve plate’s life of valve speed damper is theoretically analyzed.
