V型百叶窗过滤器内部流场的边界条件的处理
Disposal of Boundary Condition Concerning Internal Flow Field of a V-baffle Louver Filter
【摘要】 针对一种由 12组V型挡板相互耦合而成的百叶窗过滤器 ,数值模拟了其内部流场的分布规律。采用了适当的处理方法对其计算模型进行了简化 ,以及对其来流面、出流面、固体壁面及计算区域内障碍物的边界条件进行确定。特别是应用了“阶梯状”法 ,流场计算采用成熟的k—ε双方程模型 ,控制方程的离散采用控制容积积分法 ,对流项为QUICK格式 ,应用SIMPLE算法进行求解 ,从应用结果的分析来看是成功的 ,可行的
【Abstract】 The internal flow field of a V-baffle louve r filter was numerically simulated.The boundary conditions concerning inflow sect ion, outflow section, solid wall surface as well as obstacles within computation al region was dealed adopts appropriate approaches. "stair-case" method has been applied to handle oblique or curved surfaces of irregular obstacles and sat isfactory results have been attained.
