【摘要】 研究加工助剂ZD4在全钢载重子午线轮胎三角胶中的应用。结果表明,加工助剂ZD4能够显著提高胶料中炭黑的分散性,改善胶料的挤出性能,提高硫化胶抗硫化返原能力,减少三角胶半成品喷霜现象的发生,但对硫化胶耐热老化性能和耐疲劳性能稍有不利影响;使用加工助剂ZD4的成品轮胎耐久性能和高速性能提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of the processing aid ZD-4 in the bead filler of BTR tire was investigated.The results showed that the dispersity of carbon black in rubber compound improved significantly,the extrudability of compound,and the anti-reversion of vulcanizate also improved,and the blooming of semi-product decreased by adding ZD-4,but the heat aging property and fatigue resistance of vulcanizate deterioated somewhat;and the endurance and speed performance of finished tire with ZD-4 improved.更多还原
