【摘要】 研究500dtex锦纶6浸胶鬃丝网眼布在无内胎轮胎中的应用。结果表明,以 500dtex锦纶 6浸胶鬃丝网眼布替代胎圈密封胶和胎圈包布应用于18.4-26 12PR块状R4花纹无内胎农业轮胎、18.00-25 32PR通用块状花纹无内胎工程机械轮胎和ST205/75D15 6PR混合花纹无内胎挂车轮胎,在确保轮胎气密性的前提下,可显著改善胎圈外观质量,同时可提高劳动效率,降低生产成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of the dipped 500dtex nylon 6 bristlelike monofilament net fabric in the tubeless tire was investigated.The results showed that the dipped 500dtex nylon 6 bristlelike monofilament net fabric could be used instead of the bead flippers and chafers in 18.4-26 12PR tubeless agricultural tire with R4 block tread patterns,18.00-25 32PR tubeless OTR tire with general block tread patterns and ST205/75D15 6PR tubeless trailer tire to ensure the air tightness of tire,significantly improve the appearance,increase the productivity and decrease the production cost.更多还原
