航空轮胎激光无损检测技术
Non-destructive laser inspection of airplane tire
【摘要】 介绍两种主要的航空轮胎激光无损检测技术———激光全息轮胎无损检测技术和激光数字错位散斑轮胎无损检测技术的工作原理、检测设备、检测方法和缺陷判定 ,以及采用这两种检测技术制造的检测设备及其应用情况。轮胎激光无损检测技术主要用于航空轮胎和高速度级轮胎内部脱层和气泡的检测。
【Abstract】 Two non-destructive laser inspection techniques of airplane tire——non-destructive laser holography inspection and laser digital stagger scatter spot inspection are described in terms of the work principle,inspection equipment,inspection method and the defect judgement.The non-destructive laser inspection is mainly used to detect the seperation and blister in airplane tire and high speed tire.
