非对称式气液联控伺服系统动力机构及控制性能分析
Control Characteristic Analysis of Nonsymmetrical PHCC Servo System Power Mechanism
【摘要】 该文对非对称气液联控动力机构进行了理论分析,采用数字式开关阀的线性化分析方法,得出了动力机构的传递函数,并对动力机构进行了仿真计算。结果表明,非对称与对称系统的稳定性能接近,但对称系统的快速性较好,且两种系统的性能均优于相应的常规气压伺服系统。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the nonsymmetrical PHCC servo system power mechanism is analyzed theoretically. Based on linearized analysis method on digital on-off valve, the transfer function of the power mechanism is deduced and the power mechanism is simulated with MATLAB. Simulation result shows that the stabilities of nonsymmetrical and symmetrical system are close, but the symmetrical system has higher speed. The control performance of the two systemsboth are all better than the corresponding pneumatic servo systems.
