【Abstract】 The article revolves around the idea that the first-class college should be a garden that a hundred flowers blossom at the same time-free development of different varieties and styles of art and literature to explicit the feasibility and necessity of the establishment of the first-class teacher-training education. And it also puts forward policy propositions on the essential features which first-class teacher-training education should possess and the establishment of the first class.
