对定西市乡镇财源建设的思考
On Financial Resources Construction of Villages and Towns in Dingxi
【摘要】 通过对定西市三县(区)九乡(镇)财政财源现状的调查分析,提出了定西市乡镇财政财源建设的建议:立足“农”字为基本思路,增强乡镇财政收入基数为根本出发点;科学合理的财政体制,是乡镇财政发挥积极作用的前提;政府职能转化是乡镇财政生命力与发展的保证;实施项目战略是增强财政收入增长后劲的动力。
【Abstract】 Based on the fact-finding analyses of the present condition of financial resources in Dingxi,the author puts forward advice for the construction of villages and towns in Dingxi.
