【Abstract】 Land is one of the essential natural resources.How the value of land can be maximized depends not only on governments but also markets.In the course of land requisition collective interests aren’t effectively protected due to the defects of lawmaking.Therefore,new ideas must be introduced to the basic theory of land requisition,the existing branch law must be amended,and the macro regulation and control of governments and the invigoration of markets will be put to good use,so as to accelerate legal step of land requisition in China.更多还原
